If you wish to return any items from your delivered order, please get in touch with the BR Saless Team within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns will be accepted only if they meet the return eligibility criteria for that specific product or category.
Return Conditions
Please record a video while unboxing the courier package.
If the delivered product is damaged or defective, you must notify the BR Saless Team immediately.
After verification, BR Saless will either replace the product or provide a refund once the damaged/expired product is collected.
Refund Process
Once your return is accepted, the refund will be initiated immediately.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange / Replacement
The replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 working days after approval.
